This is a 1-year extended hardware warranty service for Yealink products, delivered via the Yealink AMS (Account Management System) platform. The service covers return and replacement of defective hardware within 24 hours through the AMS ticketing system, primarily for Personal Collaboration Solution Products. Customers must provide proof of purchase, original packaging, and full customer details to apply for warranty service.
