The Cisco Desk Phone 9851 is a versatile IP desk phone in carbon black, featuring a 3.7-inch color LCD display with 480 x 240 resolution backlight, HD audio with acoustic echo cancellation, full-duplex speakerphone, support for up to 46 lines, and compatibility with Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Webex Calling, and third-party platforms via PhoneOS. It includes an integrated 2-port Gigabit Ethernet switch, USB-A and USB-C ports, Trusted Platform Module (TPM) 2.0 for security, desk reservation, hot desking, one-button meeting join, and advanced audio codecs like OPUS, G.722, iSAC.
