What does this mean?
The HPE D3610 Enclosure is a 2U rack-mountable large form factor (LFF) storage enclosure with 12 bays for 3.5-inch SAS/SATA drives, supporting up to 1344 TB maximum capacity depending on drive sizes. It features 12 Gb/s SAS host interface, dual hot-plug power supplies, and is designed for flexible, scalable expansion in HPE ProLiant server environments, allowing daisy-chaining up to eight enclosures for up to 96 drives from a single controller port. Part of the Gen10 branded D3000 series, it offers high redundancy, investment protection, and compatibility with tiered storage mixing SAS, SATA, and SSDs.
