The Generic USB 3.0 to M.2 SSD NGFF Converter Adapter with External HardDisk Enclosure Case Box (SEVOEM0254) is designed to convert and externally house M.2 SATA (NGFF) solid state drives. It is compatible with SATA B key M.2 SSDs in 2230, 2242, 2260, and 2280 form factors, but is not compatible with NVMe (M key) drives. The adapter allows users to quickly access or reuse M.2 SSDs as external drives over a USB 3.0 connection, making data transfer and backup more convenient. The tool-free design enables quick installation and removal of SSDs, while the lightweight enclosure protects your drive during transport.
