The following is required for installation.
• A power source. A transformer is included, but an AC power adapter is not. If you require an AC power adapter, see Ascent part number: 592259)
• Local WiFi network.
• UniFi protect server (e.g. UniFi Dream Machine PRO or UniFi Protect Network Video Recorder).
• A phone or tablet with WiFi/Bluetooth and the Protect App installed.
• If remote door unlock is required, an UniFi Access Hub is necessary.
Note: It is highly recommended a technician who is familiar with doorbell systems does the installation. The warranty will be void if damage is caused by incorrect installation.
