| 1. FREE extended warranties |

At other computer stores most products come with a one or two year manufacturer’s warranty. Extended warranties are often available at an extra cost. At Ascent, ALL products other than clearance items come with a THREE to FIVE year warranty. The length of the warranty depends on the product category and brand. You no longer need to pay extra for increased peace of mind.

What you see on our website is what you pay. We have no hidden delivery charges. All items purchased through Ascent have free standard delivery whether you live in Kaitaia or Bluff, or any point in-between.

| 3. Speedy order processing |
|
|
|
With full time sales staff working 5 days a week we aim to have your order processed and with our supplier within 15 minutes. Customers with accounts have their orders processed automatically. All orders that are in stock are shipped within 5 hours during the working week with an estimated delivery time of 2 days (often less in the main centres, sometimes more in rural areas).

| 4. Direct credit and full system discounts |

Pay with direct credit (Internet banking) and get a 1.5% discount on your order. See our FAQ here for more details and our bank details. Purchase parts from us for a full system and receive an additional 2% discount on your order.

| 5. Flexible return policy |
|
|
|
If you are not completely satisfied with your product and it’s in its original selling condition, we will give a full refund/credit if returned within 10 days. Non-faulty items can be returned within 30 days but may incur a restocking fee. Some products (such as RAM and printer consumables) may not be returned unless faulty, and this information is displayed on the relevant product specification pages.
